Look up a ONE PIECE price by locking the card number first
An asking price is not a sale, so lock the card number, language, and parallel on the official list before you compare a single shop quote.
Key points
- Hong Kong quotes HKD, and CardZ Marketcap indexes in USD.
- Simplified Chinese prints have their own separate official list.
- On 2026-08-30 the Marketcap Top 100 summed to about $2.67B.
Step 1: identity
Use the ONE PIECE CARD GAME Traditional Chinese list to read OPxx-yyy, STxx-yyy, and EBxx-yyy, along with colour, rarity, and type, meaning Leader, Character, or Event.
On 2026-08-31 that list included booster OP-17 The World’s Strongest, extra booster EB-04 EGGHEAD CRISIS, premium booster PRB-02, and starter decks ST-01 through ST-36. The search that day showed 169 results, which is a page count and moves. One example is EB04-061, a SEC Character Monkey D. Luffy, cost 10, power 12000, yellow, from OP-17.
For Simplified Chinese prints, use the CN card list.
Step 2: the market
| Tool | Use when | Watch |
|---|---|---|
| CardZ Marketcap | PSA 10, market cap, POP | Match the print. Read the date. |
| Hong Kong shop ask | Same-day stock | HK shop index |
| Taiwan official-PDF shops | If you are in Taiwan | TW shop index |
Both shop indexes are written in Cantonese.
On 2026-08-30 the Marketcap Top 100 summed to about $2.67B, and ONE PIECE is on that list. One example is the 2025 Promos Monkey D. Luffy Dodgers × ONE PIECE Night EB02-010 EN, at about $3,200 that day, POP 11,772, about $37.67M. Several OP05-119 manga alternates appear in different languages. The number one row that day was still the Pokémon Pikachu, so do not paste $2,750 onto a Luffy.
The method is a PSA 10 reference sale multiplied by verified POP. For how to read the board, see the CardZ Marketcap guide. For grading steps, see the PSA 10 lookup. SNKRDUNK and eBay are overseas references, so match language and condition before you use them.
Step 3: landed cost
In person, add the MTR fare in HKD. A Japan mail order adds JPY shipping and duty. An online pull adds shipping. For the full walkthrough, see buy ONE PIECE in Hong Kong (Cantonese).
On 2026-08-31 the logged-out Cardz.game catalog showed Pokémon pools, and ONE PIECE pool names were not listed. Pull only if a pool is up when you look.
Common mistakes
- Searching “Luffy” without Leader, Character, or Event.
- Pricing a parallel as though it were the base print.
- Treating Points buyback as Marketcap value.
- Using an OP05-119 manga-alt sale to price a common Luffy.
FAQ
Where do I find the official card number?
On the Traditional Chinese card list, which gives OPxx-yyy, STxx-yyy, and EBxx-yyy codes along with colour, rarity, and type.
Why can’t I price a parallel from the base print?
Because they are different cards on the index. A parallel and its base print carry separate PSA 10 references, so one cannot stand in for the other.
Do Simplified Chinese prints use the same list?
No. Simplified Chinese prints have their own official card list, which is linked separately on this page.
Is Points buyback the same as market value?
No. Points buyback is internal handling on a platform, while Marketcap is a PSA 10 index. Keep the two numbers apart.
