Online pack safety: verify company, odds, payment, shipping, and records

Searches like “is this a scam” need itemized checks, not a one-word verdict. Operator existence, pool odds, and delivery proofs all matter — none alone is a full judgment.

Six checks before you open

CheckEvidence to find
OperatorLegal name, location, terms, privacy, contact
PoolSlots, prizes, remaining stock, odds definition, update method
PaymentCurrency, card charge, receipts, refund/dispute path
PointsPurchase vs bonus vs convert; expiry; cash-out or not
ShippingRegions, deadlines, fees, tracking, condition claims
LogsResults, order IDs, convert confirms, ship requests, support chat

Cardz.game publishes verifiable RNG / audit / physical delivery claims — still read each pool. Clove publishes operator and overseas shipping docs. DOPA’s ZH help covers fees, invites, Points, and legitimacy FAQ pages.

Records that actually help

Before open: pool name, slots, key prizes, Points per draw, timestamp. After: card name, collector #, convert screen, order ID. On ship: address confirm, fee, tracking, support replies.

If a result vanishes after refresh, stop opening the same pool. Check account Points and charge first, then support. DOPA notes no full Points purchase history page yet — email receipts matter.

When to stop

No company docs, unclear charge currency, no pool rules before open, or support asking you off-platform for passwords/OTP. Countdown timers and win screenshots are not reasons to continue.

Compare platforms: comparison. Shipping math: HK shipping.
