Pick a grader from live fees, then pick a door that is actually open
If you need an international sale, most people still start with PSA. CGC has a Hong Kong office. Beckett has paused its two cheapest online tiers. SGC, TAG, and GEA are comparison rows, not a substitute for a Marketcap PSA 10 print.
Look up the printing on CardZ Marketcap first. Then run the worth-it sheet. How to hand a card to PSA is already on psa-submit. This page does not repeat that walkthrough.

| Company | Cheapest open official tier | Turnaround | Asia door |
|---|---|---|---|
| PSA | Regular US$79.99, insured US$1,500. Value tiers unavailable | 70–80 business days | Hong Kong drop-off, or a shop with a live price list |
| CGC US fees | Bulk US$17 (25-card min). Page says US direct only | Bulk 150 working days | Gateway, Harbour City, TST; appointment only |
| BGS | Express US$79.95 / 15 days. Base and Standard sold out | Estimates, not a promise | No official HK intake. Shop Base prices are shop numbers |
| SGC | Standard US$15 at ≤US$1,500 / 75+ days | Clock starts after unbox | Florida address on the fee page |
| TAG | Regular tiers paused; limited drops | No standing public table | Do not treat as walk-up mail |
| GEA | grading11.com published no HKD fees today | Unpublished | Local HK grader. Export demand is a separate question |
Mailing PSA’s US OSC from outside the US is still treated as paused (tariff note). A shop receipt plus a submission number is the authenticity check. A slab is an opinion in plastic, not a purchase-price guarantee.
Restoration: card-restoration. Company how-tos: PSA, CGC, BGS. After the slab comes back, check Marketcap again. To open packs, Cardz.game.
Not Nintendo, TPC, PSA, or Cardz. Fees read 2026-09-01.
