Submit to PSA from Asia: Value is paused, Regular is US$79.99, pick a door that is actually open
PSA paused new Value Bulk, Value, Value Plus, and Value Max orders on 2026-06-02. The cheapest open US tier on 2026-08-31 is Regular at US$79.99, max insured US$1,500, estimated 70–80 business days. Those days start when the order is scanned into PSA’s system, not the day you hand a shop a card.
Non-US customers mailing the US Online Submission Center are still treated as paused ( 2025-04-03 tariff note ; no later “reopened” article found). Bandai TCG+ is not a drop-off. Look up the printing first on PSA 10 lookup, then pick a regional page: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, mainland China.
What “more expensive” means
| Date | Change | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 2026-02-10 | Regular US$74.99 → US$79.99 | February update |
| 2026-05-14 | Super Express US$299 → US$349 | Capacity note |
| 2026-06-02 | All Value tiers pause new orders | May service update |
Still open on the grading page (checked 2026-08-31): Regular $79.99 / 70–80 days; Express $149 / 20–30; Super Express $349 / 10–15; Walk-Through $599 / 7–10. Dual (card + autograph) Regular is $104.99 / 80–90 days. If fair market value clears the tier’s max insured value, PSA can upcharge; refuse and the card can come back ungraded, freight on you (terms).
Four doors
Hong Kong. Either book the PSA Hong Kong Submission Center in Tsim Sha Tsui (appointment Mon–Fri 10:00–16:00) or use a shop table that still matches live PSA tiers. HobbyX lists Regular at HK$900 / $1,080 and 70–80 days, with Value marked cancelled. Appaw × 138 Arena lists Regular at HK$790 / 70–80 days, face-to-face only. WeWa does not run PSA drop-off.
Taiwan. Local all-in quotes. One Paper showed PSA Japan Regular NT$2,600 and PSA US Regular NT$2,680 on 2026-08-31. Ysponder stopped taking BGS/PSA because of US tariffs. Do not treat a shop still selling Value Bulk as current. Xiaoyang Card Club (小羊卡牌社, Ximending) is not a submit shop — accounts wiped 2026-08-03, owner reported fled, PSA proxy in the victim list. Case page. A storefront and a 5,000-person LINE group are not insurance.
Japan. Official intake is residents only. Regular is ¥11,980 tax-in, 60 business days, declared value ≤¥250,000, plus insurance and return postage (ja-JP services). Lounge Tokyo needs a Japanese address and phone. There is no published overseas-into-Japan submit product, and no Bandai official submit programme.
Mainland China. Path described by the dealer-forwarded notice: Shanghai office resumed routine intake on 2025-11-24, through authorised dealers only. No current RMB fee table on company pages as of 2026-08-31. The APAC article body excludes China from the Hong Kong centre; the FAQ lists China. Do not tell people they can self-mail PSA Hong Kong.
The chain
- Match the printing on CardZ Marketcap.
- Pick an open tier and its insured cap.
- Pick a door that is actually open for your address.
- Photo, list, declared value, ask how upcharge is billed.
- Wait from “entered in system,” then add the shop’s batch gap.
- Pay the published remainder formula, or use the shop’s written abandon rule.
- Look the slab up again. If the next step is an online pack, Cardz.game.
Public Facebook in Hong Kong is mostly shop batch posts (cutoff, drop at counter, email after ship-out). Forum numbers from 2025 Value-era threads are not a price list.
FAQ
Is Value coming back?
Not on the live pricing page as of 2026-08-31. No reopen date published.
Can I mail Santa Ana from Taipei or Hong Kong?
Treat that as paused until PSA publishes a restore note.
Does a 10 pay for the fee?
Only if the raw-to-10 spread still covers the all-in quote after a miss. Check POP and the date on the Marketcap row.
